Second Officer Chosen

Hello all!

It is my pleasure to announce Commander Evan Thrace as our new Second Officer. If myself and Commander Johnson are ever incapacitated, he will take command of the Relentless.

Please help me in congratulating him!

The Tactical Officer seemed the most logical choice as 1) this is a combat vessel and 2) the Marines are really their own chain of command aboard the ship.
